1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, business name, billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers). Customer Data you upload: client/prospect records, contact information you submit to Pulse for processing. Usage data: log data, device/browser information, feature usage analytics. Communications data: SMS/email content sent through the platform (via Twilio and similar providers), where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Services (including running AI analysis via Anthropic's API). To process payments (via Stripe). To send transactional communications (billing, product updates, support). To send marketing communications, where you've opted in — you can opt out anytime.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Pulse uses third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to process the data you submit and generate findings, drafts, and recommendations. Data sent to AI providers is used to generate output for your account and, per our agreements with those providers, is not used to train their models on your data without consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for hosting/database, Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Anthropic for AI processing, Vercel for hosting); as required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active, plus 30–90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted unless you request earlier deletion or retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of marketing; and (for California residents under CCPA) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information) and request a copy of data we hold about you. 7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS, access controls, Row-Level Security on our database) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use limited analytics on our marketing pages to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice.
